New office and nominated for Start-up of the Year

The Fulda-based start-up stafftastic (formerly Praktikumsjahr) inaugurates its new office with an Open Office Day and is in the final of the HR Excellence Award in the category HR Start-up of the Year

On 12 November 2021, stafftastic GmbH held its Open Office Day and officially inaugurated its new office. The team, which has grown to ten people, now has room in the new 120 square metre premises in Fulda’s city centre.

The office used from the end of 2019 until the middle of 2021 simply became too small with the steady growth of the company, explains Malte Bürger, managing director and founder of stafftastic GmbH. The company, which many still know under the name Praktikumsjahr, not only expanded its offer for companies and talents with Praktikumswoche week last year, but also the team grew with additional members.

Last Friday, 12 November, partners from the very beginning, friends of the company and invited guests had the opportunity to take a look "behind the scenes" and could exchange ideas over delicious food and drinks.

Next to the large main office, the young team can now also use a meeting room and additional office space. The big move to larger premises at Peterstor took place in September. After several weeks of work, everything was ready for the big opening ceremony, which took place under Corona-compliant conditions (2G) in the form of an Open Office Day.

In addition to the new office, the nomination for HR Start-up of the Year was also celebrated, where the company is now in the finals. With the HR Excellence Award, the best training and personnel campaigns are chosen every year. This year, stafftastic was nominated in the category "HR Start-up of the Year" together with two other start-ups.

The founders and managing directors as well as the employees are looking forward to a successful time in the new office. Jan Herold Müller says: "A well-equipped, modern and beautiful office is just as important as a good working atmosphere. This is our goal as an employer." For next year, among other things, the team is also to be supplemented with an apprentice in the commercial field, among other things.
