stafftastic wins QUEB HR Innovation Awards

The start-up stafftastic was awarded the QUEB HR Innovation Award. The prize was awarded in the service provider category at the #RC22 Festival in Berlin on 14 June 2022. Malte Bürger and Jan Herold Müller succeeded against two other start-ups in the live-voting of the professional audience.

Every year, Germany's largest companies meet in Berlin to exchange ideas on the topics of recruiting and employer branding. The #RC (Recruiting Community) has been around for over ten years. For the second time, the finals of the HR Innovation Award were held on the first evening of the fair. With the HR Innovation Awards, the Queb Bundesverband honours outstanding innovations in the field of employer branding, personnel marketing, recruiting or HR technology.

The award went to the platform Praktikumswoche developed by stafftastic. With Praktikumswoche, pupils get to know 5 different occupational fields in 5 companies on 5 days during the summer holidays. Before the finals, the start-up, which is also behind Praktikumsjahr, was able to prevail over more than 20 other applications.

In the finals in Berlin, things got exciting. In an elevator pitch with a time limit of 6 minutes and 40 seconds for the company presentation, they had to assert themselves against two other start-ups.

Meanwhile, stafftastic has been active in Germany and Austria and places suitable talents with over 5,000 corporate clients.
