stafftastic wins mediaV-Award for outstanding creativity in recruiting
At yesterday's mediaV-Awards ceremony in Cologne, the talent sharing platform "Ausbildungsradar" by the start-up stafftastic and the employers' association HessenChemie was awarded the special prize for "Outstanding Creativity in Recruiting". The gala took place on 30 August 2021 in the Musical Dome in Cologne.
Via the talent sharing platform Ausbildungsradar, member companies of networks and employers' associations can recommend talented applicants to other companies within their association networks, e.g. in case they are unable to offer a suitable applicant a training place due to capacity reasons. This gives applicants a chance to find a training place in their desired occupation. "The motto of Ausbildungsradar is: Recommending is better than rejecting," states Jürgen Funk, Managing Director of HessenChemie. The tool was developed together with representatives from member companies.
Three employers' associations (HessenChemie, ChemieNord and Chemie Baden-Württemberg) have been using the innovative tool so far. Further associations are already in the planning stage. More than 100 companies recommend and search for apprentices and tomorrow’s young professionals via Ausbildungsradar. Participating companies include Merck, Heraeus, Pelikan, Tesa, Continental and many more.
The laudatory speech praised the fact that the idea of a member company was taken up. The innovative concept, coupled with the experience and competence of HessenChemie and stafftastic result in a valuable tool for members and associations.
Managing Director Malte Bürger explains:
"This honour shows that with Ausbildungsradar, we have created a real innovation in the training and recruiting market."
On behalf of the entire stafftastic GmbH team, the founders and managing directors Malte Bürger, Jan Herold Müller and Hendrik Heil accepted the award together with Jürgen Funk from HessenChemie.
The mediaV-Award is a competition for associations that is held annually by Verbändereport, a trade magazine for associations, and awards outstanding communication projects, print pieces, online presences and junior staff campaigns in thirteen categories.
